Mileage Book Fleet app for iPhone and iPad

Book the pool car you need with just a few taps in the app. You can search for a vehicle with specific attributes e.g. trailer hitch.

You can easily borrow a pool car with the app. Get into the pool car and scan the Mileage Book sticker with the app. Then you are ready to drive.

In the app, some employees can be given access to see where the organization’s vehicles are on a map.

Through the website, www.mileagebook.com,, the fleet administrator has full control over available vehicles in the app, prioritization of vehicles, which employees can see the location of the vehicles on the map, etc.

- Book pool car and state purpose and project
- Seach vehicle by e.g. number of seats, trailer hitch, propellant
- See current bookings
- Se pickup address 30 minutes before booking starts
- Search vehicle by license plate number
- Check into pool car with QR code or NFC chip

▶ Fleet Agent / Fleet Manager:
- See current vehicle position on map
- Find vehicle on map by license plate number or employee allocated to the vehicle
- Find vehicle closest to a specific address
